Cavernous cosmetic boutique. Lots of options at the higher end of high street pricing. Friendly staff but no prescriptions or pharmacy

Pretty good chemist though I will say that it would be nice if they did prescriptions. Their aisle labels are also in my opinion unclear, though this is a small nit pick. The staff are always friendly anyway, so finding what you need is not usually an issue.

Had an excellent experience with Gwen about a month ago. She had extensive knowledge of skin care products and spent the best part of 45 minutes advising me kindly and patiently. I left with a No7 hyaluronic acid serum and a No7 Vitamin C serum and I have to say they’ve been great! Thanks Gwen! I’d highly recommend catching her for skincare advice if you can!

I received fantastic customer service from Jialing when l was in the store recently. She noticed that l was struggling with the photo printing and assisted me with no hassle. There was also a product that was out of stock, so Jialing ordered it for me and l collected it from the store the following day. If l could give more than 5⭐️ l would. Jialing is a credit to the store, it makes such a difference when staff are happy, friendly and helpful. Thanks very much for all your help Jialing, much appreciated 👍

I was in Boots this afternoon and one of the makeup/skincare specialists, Lisa was kind enough to help me find the correct shade of foundation 'No 7 Essentially Natural SPF15 Foundation' in shade Calico and applied this to my face to make sure I was completely happy. I bought the recommended product as it feels great and was very reasonably priced. First class service! Thanks Lisa x

I bought a pack of pregnancy supplement tablets, when I took them home I opened the pack and realised they were damaged and opened. I took them back and the retailer was like” I don’t know what do you mean!” She was refusing to return them for me and only she did when I nearly touching her eye with the damaged pack then she was able to see what I meant! Really mean member of staff and so rude! Wear a pair of glasses next time hun! They mustn’t have put them on shelf in first place! Now they weren’t taking them back! I uploaded a photo with the review with obvious damage. Tablets are opened and broke!

Well sized Boots store. Helpful and friendly staff. Very good if you have a baby or toddler as they have a nice range of clothing and baby accessories/equipment.

Decent store , but I did not enjoy being followed everywhere by the security guard , even when I was at the perfume counter talking to a member of staff he was standing next to me , when I go shopping I want it to be a enjoyable experience not have my every movement followed by a security guard, i was gonna spend money in this store but I decided to buy my wife's perfume elsewhere.

Visited the store today with my wife. The large sanitiser dispenser at the door was empty which meant all attempting to use it we’re touching the pump with unsanitised hands and not getting them sanitised. Basically much worse than if it did not exist. We raised this with the lady on the till who’s response was very poor to say the least. I put a basket over the dispenser to stop others attempting to use it. Very disappointed!

Website prices for products I was purchasing were discounted online. This was not noted at the store shelves. I had to ask for a price check at the till. The store shelves should note the same prices as the website to avoid having to check in store. Store is clean, tidy and well laid out. Staff were professional and courteous.
